RCMP Okotoks and Strathmore Need Public’s Help


Okotoks RCMP seek public assistance  

Okotoks, Alberta – Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the person responsible for injuring cows in De Winton area north of Okotoks.

On Oct 7, 2016 RCMP responded to call in the De Winton rural area north of Okotoks.  It was reported that on a ranch located west of highway 2A, sometime during the evening of October 7, 2016 an unknown person or persons opened the gate to the ranch land and chased cattle with a 4×4 for a period of time.  This event has resulted in the death of 4 cows due to injuries sustained by being chased.

RCMP are looking for witnesses or information from anyone who may have seen or heard about this incident.

RCMP Strathmore – Missing/Runaway Youth

RCMP in Strathmore are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Cheylee QUEWEZANCE (15) of Strathmore who was last seen on October 25th 2016 at the Strathmore High School.  QUEWEZANCE is described as 5’10, 140 lbs with long dark hair and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans and black shoes.  QUEWEZANCE is believed to be within the City of Calgary.
