As part of Alberta Culture Days in Alberta, Minister of Culture and Tourism Ricardo Miranda toured Alberta over the weekend to join the celebrations and experience the many cultural aspects of our province.
Minister Miranda enjoyed his visit to High River, trying his hand at loom knitting at KC Jones Studio.
Alberta Culture Days ran Sept. 30 to Oct. 2, and is part of the national Culture Days movement. It includes more than 800 communities, from coast to coast, and is helping to increase the awareness, accessibility, participation and engagement of Canadians in the arts and cultural life of their communities.
