EDMONTON, AB: On Tuesday, Wildrose Leader Brian Jean challenged Premier Rachel Notley to meet with rural Albertans who are losing coal jobs due to her risky policies, the Wildrose Official Opposition said today.

“The NDP loves to travel around the world, but they never seem to have time for rural Alberta communities that are being hit hard by the accelerated coal phase-out plan,” Jean said. “The premier owes it to the people of communities like Hanna, Grande Cache and Forestburg to visit their communities and see the affects her risky ideas are having on real Alberta families.”
