High River Aquatics Seeks Feedback for Developing Future Programming

HIGH RIVER, AB: The Town’s Parks & Recreation Division has created a survey to collect input from aquatics program participants and pool users at the Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex (BSRC) about aquatic service needs in the community.

Some initial changes were made to the fall pool schedule to serve a broader range of customers and use the recreation complex facilities and resources more efficiently.

“The schedule changes resulted in more than a 100 per cent increase in lesson registrants from the previous fall season,” says Katie Crysdale, aquatics supervisor with the Town. “We received both positive and negative feedback from customers regarding these changes and we are looking to collect our users’ thoughts, concerns and ideas so that we can continue to serve them better.”

The survey is available online from October 28 – November 16 and the questions are mainly focused on the aquafit and swimming lessons offered by the Town.

The feedback and survey results will be taken into consideration when developing 2017 programming and future schedules.
