Donald Trump has been elected as the 45th President of America. He will take office on January 20th, 2017. He is the first to reach this office without any political background or history, neither has he ever served in the military.
His acceptance speech after receiving a phone call from Hilary Clinton, conceding her loss, presented a different persona to the one we have seen and heard for the two years. He congratulated Secretary Clinton on her hard fought battle.
He was humble, polite and gracious. Gone was the loud, obnoxious Trump of the campaign trail. In its place was the professional businessman that has reached a high standard of excellence in all of his endeavours to date.
Trump called upon all Americans to come together as one united people and promised to do ‘a great job’ for all Americans.
